RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will be gladly accept a return and issue a full refund for the wine charges less shipping and handling charges. However, if the shipment is the result of our error or damaged during transit, we will then issue a full refund inclusive of all shipping and handling charges.
While we stand by the integrity and quality of Flowers wines, we also recognize that occasionally a given wine bottle may encounter issues with its perceived quality. If you notice that to be the case and suspect that a bad bottle may have been shipped to you, we ask that you please push the cork back into the bottle, leaving the contents of wine as fully intact as possible. Please then contact us as at your earliest convenience at 707-385-8305, and we will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us. Once we have received the wine back, we will then offer a choice of an exchange of the same wine or full refund inclusive all of shipping and handling charges.
